Not a patient yet? Please feel free to schedule an appointment or stop by for a tour of our practice. You will get to meet our team, walk through our office and treatment areas, and learn more about the treatments we provide.

Your first visit is all about you your comfort, your happiness, and your dental health.

Your first visit with Gainesville Dental Associates includes:

  • A review of your complete dental and medical history forms.
  • Complete X-rays of your teeth and mouth.
  • An oral exam – the friendly staff at Gainesville Dental Associates will clean and polish your teeth, make sure your teeth and gums are healthy, and check for any cavities or early signs of tooth decay.

Once Gainesville Dental Associates has reviewed your dental and medical health history forms, and completed your dental exam, she will provide you with a dental consultation, and information about any additional dental treatments you, or your child, may need. During this time the doctors at Gainesville Dental Associates will also answer any questions you may have. Gainesville Dental Associates and staff welcome any questions you may have, and are always available to listen to your concerns.

Bring your smile; but also remember to bring these things with you to your first dental appointment:

  • Your photo ID
  • A copy of any recent radiographs. This will help to avoid unnecessary cost to you.
  • Your completed Health History Forms
  • Your insurance card
